Should you want to sell a property that is difficult to place on the market, we do not preclude a quick sale, and indeed we can facilitate it by presenting the property in perfect conditions.
How much will you earn?Are you already renting and do you personally manage all administrative and practical aspects? How much does it cost you to rent and consequently what is your net income at year-end? And how much time do you have to dedicate to this activity?
